Does anyone know of any other larger radiators?

I used what I could to help prevent any potential issues considering its 700hp with a big intercooler and addtional oil cooler stuck in the front. Besides the recent leak I havnt had any cooling issues at least.

Short of getting one custom fabbed I'm not sure - I opted for the mishi as it was larger capacity too, otherwise I would have gone for one of the chinese ebay ones.
May be worth getting yours repaired if they dont honor the warranty?
I had a Forge mortorsport one back in the day for my Ibiza Cupra, took it to a local firm that tig repaired it for me, then Forge told me they would have just replaced it for me.

Their terms have small charges for handling plus shipping for items over two years old. That with taxes comes to 55 pounds for a replacement delivered to my home. I'm to dispose of the old one and they don't want it back.

Will go with that for now and hopefully have better luck.

That's not too bad I suppose - I guess you could have the old one welded and keep as a spare.

Out of curiosity - how old was the one that failed?

About two and a half years. Been in the car just over two. The leak is tiny and it's taken me a few months to find it.

I have had a Mishimoto radiator on for 14 years and there has been a small leak for ages. I looked at a warranty claim but they needed original receipt and that is long gone in my case. I did look at alternatives and struggled. Buying an identical replacement seemed too big a risk considering they are expensive and same fate could happen. As temporary fix I tried radweld and that stopped the leak straight away. It's been OK now for 2-years so happy days Im sticking with it until the day it goes pop.

I purchased through their eBay site so the details were in their history. Otherwise they would have been long gone.

I thought about sealant but a bit nervous about it going everywhere else unless it was a must. The leak is tiny and I just noticed a small blue mark on the garage floor. Header tank hardly goes down.

The replacement rad showed up so I will probably swap it next week. Then save the old one in the box for a rainy day. One plus is the packing and box are super nice.
