BMW Business RDS Cassette Repair

Morning,

On a recent road trip, the BMW Business radio in my Z3 stopped ejecting cassettes.
It plays them absolutely fine, but when you press the eject button it makes a clicking sound.

I took the lid off, ejected the cassette manually and greased up a few visible areas but still have the same issue.

Has anyone had this issue resolved before? I'm hoping there may be some kind of repair kit available.

I know its an ideal opportunity to replace for something more modern, but I would like to try and keep it original if possible.

I would imagine due to the age of the units there may be little to no spares available.
Do you have an audio repair shop anywhere near you they may be able to assist.

I'm thinking that may well be the case.
