I just recently went to buy a hardtop from a guy locally here in Denmark, but he didn't have the fitment brackets kit. I don't assume you could ship this to Denmark easily, right?
My concern would be packing it safely to ensure it reached you in the condition it is.
If you have any further thoughts or ideas iam happy to consider.

Trip to the UK in the z3?
It's a pity the old Esbjerg-Newcastle ferry isn't working any more. Newcastle is quite close to where the hard top is being sold. I did that ferry around 1980. I think they stopped running it as soon as the channel tunnel opened.

Nowadays Amsterdam to Hull should be manageable. Unless you like driving in which case I once drove Vejle to Calais and then Dover to Darlington all in one go - in a golf GTI. Stopping only for toilet breaks, fuel and the ferry. That drive gave me a headache. Wouldn't fancy it in my Z3 - or any car at my age.

Never thought about that but imagine if the ferry worked, it would be crazy convenient ever for myself to drive over to UK :woot: I actually wanted to visit the UK with my Z3 because you have far more interesting and bendy roads than boring flat Denmark... in the end I rented an MX-5 in Scotland 😛

Probably would have been better to have bought that hardtop and sourced the brackets separately at least lighter on the postage.
I can still buy it, but I can't seem to find any "cheap" brackets... 400euros for one bracket is a bit extreme 😑

Makes my hardtop plus extras sounds a bit of a bargain.
Make sure you’re happy with the condition of everything.

In 2012 I paid £800 for my first hardtop and £300 for my fitting kit. Since then, various reasons have seen me having more to sell (buying another Zed for example) - I have always put them up for between £1000-£1200 as a complete kit - especially if you have the wiring loom, switch, trim, covers, stand, etc, and I always fit it for the buyer

A cheap stand from ebay is £80 - thankfully with one of mine I managed to get a fold away one which is great for summer, but I think thats actually designed for a merc and they are around £250
