It was dead easy in the end.
1. Jack passenger side up and support with axle stands
2. Remove fuel pump fuses (13 and 18 on my car) and start car until it not longer goes. This de-pressurises the fuel system
3. Remove heat shield on passenger side covering fuel filter
4. Loosen jubilee clip on fuel pipe.
5. Loosen jubilee clip at fuel tank end
6. Remove screw from 2x pipe brackets
7. Separate fuel pipe from fuel hose at either end
8. Fit new fuel pipe.
9. Tighten jubilee clip at either end.
10. Replace fuel pump fuses.
11. Turn ignition to position 2. This activates the fuel pump. Check for any leaks. Tighten if required
12. Start car and check for leaks again
13. Tun car off
14. Replace brackets
15. Replace heat shield
16. Get the car back on the ground!
