Ok. Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong in my life these past 4 months and I’ve had enough! I’ve decided to treat myself to a new stereo system for my z3. My bass has been broken for ages. Please, has anyone got any recommendations? Also, is it a big job to fix it? I can’t do without my car but I need a good blast of some AC/DC to cheer me up and a good drive out somewhere right now!! 🤣 Thanks everyone! x

One option is to go to Halfords and chat to the team, they can advise and fit for you at minimal cost to the purchase price. Oh, great choice of music :scorecard:

Yes as if you have the factory fit radio you will need an adapter connector to get from the BMW wiring connector to any aftermarket radio.
Aftermarket DIN size stereos/ cd/ usb players are very cheap these days. Just pick one you like the look of and does what you want it to do; EG: bluetooth for phone connectivity, etc. Some come with apple carplay and android auto built in.

PS I can't agree with the music choice but each to their own!! ;)
