Below is a picture of the air distributor piece that should be on my 98 z3 2.8 TU
However my air distributor does not have the hole circled in red, Real OEM and other sites suggest it should be there
I have blocked off the hole that it is meant to connect to, so no leaks
Pipe 7 in the parts diagram shows that one end connects to the missing hole and the other connects to the pipe going in to the other hole in the distributor
Should I buy an air distributor that has this extra hole?
