New Here! Here's my Boston Green Z!

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum, but not new to z's!

This is currently my 2nd Z that I picked up last week. Its the 1.9 with about 80k on the clock. Since purchasing it, i have managed to find an official Hamman spoiler, which in my opinion, transforms the look!

I plan on doing some bits over the next couple of months, and therefore am after some bits. These include:

rollover hoops (the complete assembly)
lowering springs
wind deflector
wing mirror bases (I have previously used x8r, but are there any other recommendations?)
tonneau cover
mats (any recommendations)

Welcome! Spoiler looks well.

I don't have any of those parts available, however my only advice would be to do plenty of research on lowering springs if you didn't have them on your first Z. I got some ebay specials on my first Z3 and they were waaay too low. I eventually replaced them with some ebay special coilovers and they were waaaaay too high, comparison below (There feels like there is a common theme here that I can't quite put my finger on... ) I'm back on standard springs now on my current Z3 and am much happier.

Welcome. Car looks great, and in the best colour.
I had a Bilstein B12 suspension kit (Bilstein B8 shocks) fitted and think the height is spot on.
Stick with OEM mats.
X8r for mirror bases.

standard springs for me im afraid, comfort over looks. but im a big fan of eibach springs if i were to change.
