Just bought this via Amazon and it came in a plain box with no instructions, which is OK, but there is a small bag with 4 flat rubbery tubes not obvious? what they are for?

Any clues please?

Steve.

Not had a full cover but there half cover when properly fitted should be trapped where the boot , the doors and bonnet shuts facilitated by some ribbing stitched in the hem of the cover at the relevant points. Suspect the ribbing is simply rubber tubing that could require replacing over time.

Like I said never owned a full cover but does that secure in any of the shut lines of the car?

Also there contact details are on the website so just give them a call https://ukcustomcovers.com/pages/contact

I contacted them and the lady that answered didn't know so she put me on hold and asked someone else who didn't know either. They contacted their suppliers and later emailed me to say that they are not needed for my car cover but they throw them in all the boxes anyway....

Are these to go over the fixing straps to protect the car from the rubbing of the strap on the paintwork?.. 4 sounds like 1 for each corner

Yes, they are for buckles on straps that go beneath the car. My cover just has a drawstring around the bottom though and no straps.
