Is anyone on here looking for a genuine BMW Z3 hard top fitting kit complete with fixings, wiring, and rear screen switch?
(Your Z3 will already have the loom pre/wired, so this is a quick plug and play that stays hidden on the car when reverting to the soft top).

The switch looks like facelift. PreFaceLift switch has chunkier internals and a fatter plug on the loom.

You are correct.
This fitting kit was on my 2.2 facelift donor, but the hardware is common to all Z3s, pre and facelift.
It’s only the electric wring for the heated rear screen that is slightly different.
