1998 M Roadster air intake

Looking for suggestions on an updated air intake for my '98 M Roadster. Does it change the exhaust sound at all? Worth it? Installation problems, etc. Thank you and stay safe. Ray Seligman

I would leave it alone, its quick enough.

Depends what you are after. If you want more noise, then add resistance, and make the engine have to work more. If you want more performance, then you can attack the existing airbox with a Dremel and make the air flow more freely.
