Love the hot weather; reminds me of when we lived in Sydney. Just need to take sensible precautions and enjoy. Don't let the media/nanny state hype put you off.

I as awake at 3am just as the thunder & lightning started ~ lasted for about 30 minutes

It’s very different to booking andbeing on holiday in sweltering heat as you can chill in a pool, sea, while idling the sun drenched hours away. It’s completely different when you are working in blisteringly hot heat and no ac.I love the hot weather too

Last night’s heat was physically like being wrapped in a massive heated throw, at maximum heat! Unbearably hot.

Its not that bad if you go out n enjoy it, 32c here in Manchester with a strong breeze.

Yes that’s very true , it’s a different heat when your abroad, isn’t it
My tortoise is about 28 years old, he’s an outdoor tortoise, and he hibernates in the winter, he’s normally in our garden, but at the moment I keep him in his run .
On Wednesday he tried to dig down and made a hole , as he was too hot
