Had a 2012 28i in 2014, always loved it, so finally got myself a 'modern classic'. I believe the car may have been here before, I've been mostly doing cosmetic work to it since I bought it last Dec. 2010 35i 6 Spd, Pure Design White in Individual Havanna Metallic. Lots of options from the factory, with a Birds Dinan Stg 1, 370 PS, 570Nm, Bilstein B12 Pro Kit, Quaife LSD. (thanks to Grok AI for removing my garage from the background)

A manual 35i E89 is a rare car. Rarer still as it's brown. They didn't sell many havanna brown ones (some would say for obvious reasons).

it wasn't called brown of course, it was Havana (Mohave) Metallic, and it's a fabulous pearlescent, tbh, it looks more grey in the sunlight.
