Hi everyone. I've owned my roadster for many years having purchased it from the original owner. With 72,000 now on the clock the process of replacing parts is becoming a challenge. I've recently refurbished the disa valve and aslo managed to find and replace a power steering hydraulic hose. What I find interesting is that incorrect fault codes can be displayed when there are multiple issues. One in particular is the ABS warning light. Fearing a module - pump repair or replacement, I discovered that is was the reluctor ring bearing. By using compressed air on the front inner wheels revealed some corrosion, now on the to-do list. Another incorrect code from two separate readers pointed to an ECU problem, when in fact, turned out to be metal fragments, magnetised within the idle control valve. Not too difficult to repair.
I'm looking forward to sharing info.
Keith.
