Hi all

I finally managed to pick up some AC Schnitzer Type III wheels on Monday evening, in white!

So I've fitted them. The car is definitely smurfed. But I'm not convinced on the colour (and yes, it needs lowering). It's growing on me (I think)

For a bit of fun, I thought I'd start a poll to get community opinion! Be as brutal as you like

Totally wrong colour for the car. That is one way to make a Z3 look like a fckn boy racers car. As you say brutal =))

Need to be dark I think like the originals, the blue pops as a nice colour and the wheels look alittle washed out.
Rear spacers ,dropped a few mm and a nice anthracite would look well ?

Will work but it needs to be stanced. It looks like its on stilts and you've lost the rear wheels in the arch's.

Dont think it will work whatever is done. The wheels take your eyes away from the fantastic colour of the car so in retrospect the wheels take over as the main component that your eyes are drawn to

I think the photo itself is not doing it any favours. Blue n White works when the car is setup well.

Got to be black with that blue, would give it a bit of an aggressive look as opposed to the hairdresser look it has with the white!!

My s***'s custom!
As a bit of a fun theme I think it works and I like it. But as a serious car I really am a fan of the black wheels against the blue.

But don't take my advice when it comes to colour choice! My taste is "individual" at the best of times!

Your car looks great! Gunmetal grey alloys and lowering would complete the look!:)

No, definitely a darker colour for me, anthracite would look best. However at the end of the day its your car and its what you think looks best. Any chance of Photoshopping the wheels in different colours which may help you decide?

To be fair that isn't the best representation of the colour of your car, makes it look too light. Posting a better colour matched picture would be good, but as said drop the ride height and it will look better :)

I gave my opinion last night Martin, could one of the clever puter chappies photoshop the wheels for you, maybe a gun metal, silver and black?

The car has too much class to be white wheeled. Gun metal would set it off and show it's a seriously nice smurf

Imho
